Dawn Adams, PHR is the President of HResults, a Human Resources and Organizational Development consulting firm. As an entrepreneur, Dawn provides a plethora of services in the areas of organizational development, instructional design and training, employee relations, employment law compliance and investigations, HR audits, performance management, outplacement, coaching, expert witness, policy and procedure design and implementation, on-boarding programs, and process improvement.
Ms. Adams is a certified Professional in Human Resources, with 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. She built her expertise in the professional services, manufacturing, health care, financial services, government, and construction industries. Dawn has held various leadership positions within organizations, including Vice President of Human Resources for a statewide, nonprofit healthcare organization.
Ms. Adams earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Alverno College. She has built additional coaching and development expertise through CPP, the Center for Creative Leadership, and Team Trek. In addition to her PHR certification, Dawn has earned several certifications through Lominger International and CPP, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Dawn is a former member of TEMPO, the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and its Employee Relations Expertise Panel. She is also a former member and chair of MMSHRM’s Employment Practices Committee.
Dawn has lectured for various professional organizations, including the National Business Institute, Wisconsin Employers Resource on Risk, MMSHRM, and Alverno College. In addition, she has contributed valuable information to articles related to the human resources profession for SHRM, Newsweek, Inc., BizJournals, and Pacific Business News.
